Join us for one of the gentlest form of yoga - chair yoga. Postures and breathing exercises are performed with the aid of a chair. Come experience the many benefits of yoga - balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and stress reduction - without having to get up or down from the floor. Just bring you! Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Limited space available.
