Self Defense Class
Every Saturday Morning from July 26th-August 23rd
11 am
For ages 12 and older. Minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
Thrive Empowerment brings teens and adults a FREE 5-week self-defense program. Each session will address one of the five safety principles: Think, Yell, Run, Fight, Tell. Besides teaching physical techniques (strikes, kicks, and releases), the class will also address situational awareness and establishing personal boundaries. It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
